Prada Pre-Fall 2014 Includes More Faces, Color-Lined Bucket Bags
Prada Pre-Fall 2014 handbags have arrived for pre-order via Bergdorf Goodman, and you’re likely to see some things you recognize, both from Prada and elsewhere. First, the marquee lady-face bags from Spring 2014 are back for a second round, this time in a slightly simplified clutch form that won’t cost you quite as much. Prada’s popular camouflage is also back, this time in shades of red and green on a lightweight nylon background.
Also familiar to bag lovers will be the presence of a bucket bag with contrasting red lining, but this version lacks the pared-down elegance of the Mansur Gavriel bag that likely inspired it. There’s too much red trim, and the bag just feels fussy – it’s the weakest of an otherwise strong pre-season group.
